Espinoza Baby Blog: One month already? What?

I can't believe that Ryan is a month old already! My time flies! We took him for his 1 month check up on Tuesday... we were actually suppose to go today but Austin had all these bites on him that we wanted to get checked so they went ahead and did Ryan's check up as well. So he now weighs 9lbs 2oz! He's filling out and looks like a little cute man! I call him my chubby monkey! He's also grown to 21 inches! So he's growing well! He also had to get shot... I've never heard him scream or actually cry tears! It was so heartbreaking that I actually cried some. Then they tell me at his 2 month appointment, he has to get 4 shots! Gotta make sure I bring the tissues! He also has baby acne pretty bad as well as a heat rash. The doctor said there isn't much we can do just keep him clean and cool. Somedays it looks worse than others. Let's see... what else. Ryan is getting so strong! He lifts his head up and pushes himself across his tummy time mat or tries to climb up your chest. His arms aren't strong yet but man...those legs are! He lived through his first earthquake this morning. We had a 4.7 magnitude... of course he didn't notice. Both Kaylee and Austin felt it and woke up. Speaking of Kaylee and Austin... school's almost out...their last day is tomorrow. They are pretty excited that the summer is going to start! Austin had a play last week and he was the cutest little pig ever! We forgot the regular camera so we had to take pictures with my cell phone but we recorded his whole play. Austin also got an award for Outstanding achievement! They had an assembly to present the year end awards. We are so proud of him. Kaylee said she is going to try harder next year so she can get an award next year. She was very proud of her brother. I can't believe its already the middle of June!
