Ryan is 5 months old!!!

Can you believe it? 5 months old! My the time is flying! Let's see... Ryan is growing so fast these days! I just had to buy him a whole bunch of new clothes for him to wear! He's still smiling and laughing and is for the most part a really happy baby. He has been waking up a few times in the night so mom has been pretty tired. He recently found out that his thumb fits perfectly in his mouth... we think we have a thumbsucker on our hands. Ray said he even fell asleep sucking his thumb today. He also has a stuffy nose which totally sucks... there is nothing worse than a sick baby! hopefully it will go away soon. ryan now knows what the snot sucker looks like and starts to hide his face and cry when he sees it coming. he's been eating oatmeal cereal and really enjoys it...better than the rice cereal and tonight we gave him his first taste of veggies! green peas...yum! he's also been putting EVERYTHING in his mouth... and he really likes drinking cups. he always grabs at the cup when I'm trying to drink. Another accomplishment he made... he let someone besides mom, dad and his daycare lady hold him for 20+minutes! See the pic of him with his Uncle John!
